| Description | PRO•CLEAR™ is
a premium clear, corn starch based, strippable adhesive which combines
the best features of clays and clears. Excellent for the
do-it-yourselfer as well as the most discriminating contractor.

| Prominent Features |

| Uses | Recommended for
all weights of wallcoverings over new bare drywall or over ALLPRO
wallcovering primers. Strippable when used with fabric backed vinyl over
bare drywall. Strippability results when adhesive completely cures
(approximately 4-6 weeks). Compatible with almost all wallcovering
primers.

| Limitations | Not recommended
for direct application over oil/alkyd primers. Keep from freezing.
|
| Surface Preparation | Surface must be
clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, grease, oil, mildew, wax, loose
paint or wallcovering. Check surfaces for paint bonding, loose
wallcoverings, damaged wallboard or plaster by cutting a small X with a
sharp knife and attempt removal with a small piece of "Scotch"
tape. Repair all unsound surfaces. Prime all surfaces (including
oil-based coatings) with an acrylic primer, such as ALLPRO® E•Z PREP™,
SUP•R•PREP™ or ULTRA•PREP™. Priming of new bare drywall is not
required with fabric-backed wallcoverings. Before proceeding with any
unusual conditions, consult your adhesive or wallcovering supplier.

| Application | Use only when the
adhesive, wallcovering and surface temperatures are above 50ºF (10ºC).
Apply a thin, even coat of adhesive with a pasting machine, brush or
roller. If using with pre-pasted wallcoverings, dilute with 1/2 gallon
of water per gallon. For some pasting machines, dilute with 1 pint of
clean water per gallon. Avoid contact with the surface of embossed,
textured or delicate wallcoverings. Book according to the wallcovering
manufacturer's instructions.

| Clean Up | lean
all equipment immediately after use with warm, clean water. Additional
effort may be required if the adhesive is allowed to contact the surface
of embossed or textured vinyls.

| Disposal | PRO•CLEAR is
water based and does not contain organic solvents. Place empty
containers in normal refuse for disposal. Contact your local sanitation
department or household hazardous waste coordinator for information
concerning possible reuse or disposal of unused water based paints,
primers or adhesives.

| Limited Warranty | If, within twelve
months of manufacture and used as directed, this product is found
defective in material or workmanship, it will be replaced without charge
upon presentation of proof of purchase and this used container. This
warranty is in lieu of any other, the exclusive remedy is limited to
replacement of product and ALLPRO disclaims all liability for
consequential damages. Conditions of use are beyond our control.

| Do
not freeze. Do not take internally. In case of ingestion, seek medical
attention. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use of skin and eye
protection is recommended at all times. If contact with eyes occurs,
flush with water for 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, wash with soap
and water. Seek medical attention if rash or other symptoms occur. Do
not mix with other chemicals. Use in a well ventilated work area. Close
container after each use. Keep out of reach of children.
