| Description | ALLPRO®
Border Adhesive for painted surfaces is designed for applying pre-pasted
borders over painted surfaces. It has all of the advantages of
activators, and when used over painted surfaces, makes it easy to remove
the border when it comes time to redecorate the room.

| Uses | Recommended for
hanging pre-pasted borders over surfaces painted with latex and acrylic
type coatings.
|
| Limitations | Not recommended
for use on bare drywall, nor oil/alkyd primers or paints. Prime
oil/alkyd surfaces with an ALLPRO primer such as ULTRA•PREP™, SUP•R•PREP™
or E•Z•PREP™. Do not use for applying pre-pasted borders to
existing wallcoverings, use ALLPRO Professional Border Adhesive.

| Surface Preparation | Surface must be
free from grease and other residues, dry, smooth and structurally sound.
Check surfaces for paint bonding, loose wallcoverings, damaged wallboard
or plaster by cutting a small X with a sharp knife and attempt removal
with a small piece of "Scotch" tape. Repair all unsound
surfaces. Before proceeding with any unusual conditions, consult your
adhesive or wallcovering supplier.

| Application | Use only when the
room temperature is above 50ºF (10ºC). For best results, moisten the
back of pre-pasted borders with a damp sponge. Apply a full-bodied,
thin, even coat that covers the entire surface. IMPORTANT NOTE: a thick
coat is less effective than a thin coat. Avoid contact with the front of
the border.

| Clean Up | Before the
adhesive dries, remove excess with warm, clean water.

| Disposal | Border Adhesive
for painted surfaces is water based and does not contain organic
solvents. Place empty containers in normal refuse for disposal.
Contact your local sanitation department or household hazardous waste
coordinator for information concerning possible reuse or disposal of
unused water based paints, primers or adhesives.

| Limited Warranty | If,
within twelve months of manufacture and used as directed, this product
is found defective in material or workmanship, it will be replaced
without charge upon presentation of proof of purchase and this used
container. This warranty is in lieu of any other, the exclusive remedy
is limited to replacement of product and ALLPRO disclaims all liability
for consequential damages. Conditions of use are beyond our control.

| Do
not freeze. Do not take internally. In case of ingestion, seek medical
attention. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use of skin and eye
protection is recommended at all times. If contact with eye occurs,
flush with water for 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, wash with soap
and water. Seek medical attention if rash or other symptoms occur. Do
not mix with other chemicals. Use in a well ventilated work area. Close
containers after each use. Keep out of reach of children.
