| Description | Drywall repair primer and sealer, with proprietary dual thickener and dual resin system, penetrates, bonds and seals loose, torn or bubbled drywall. The unique combination of ingredients offers superior performance as it readies the surface for skim coat, paint or wallcovering. |

| Uses | Formulated for use on torn and damaged drywall resulting from the removal of pre-existing wallpaper. Seals loose drywall and forms an outstanding base for subsequent patching and priming. May also be used on new drywall and over skim coats. May be used under water resistant primers like ALLPRO ULTRA-PREPTM or as the second prime coat. Suitable for use under most wallcovering adhesives and most water-based products. |
| Limitations | Do not freeze. Not recommended for exterior surfaces. |
| Surface Preparation | Surface must be free from grease, loose paper and other residues, dry, and structurally sound. Repair all unsound surfaces. Before proceeding with any unusual conditions, consult your adhesive or wallcovering supplier. |
| Application | Use only when the surface temperature is above 50ºF. DO NOT DILUTE. Mix well before using. Apply a generous coat of SEAL 'N BOND with a brush, roller, or spray system. If using a spray system, back rolling is recommended:

| Clean Up | Before primer dries, remove the excess with soap and clean, warm water. Brushes and rollers should be cleaned immediately after use with warm, clean water. | Disposal | SEAL 'N BOND is water based and does not contain organic solvents. Place empty containers in normal refuse for disposal. Contact your local sanitation department or household hazardous waste coordinator for information concerning possible reuse or disposal of unused water based paints, primers or adhesives.. | Limited Warranty | If, within twelve months of manufacture and used as directed, this product is found defective in material or workmanship, it will be replaced without charge upon presentation of proof of purchase and the used container. this warranty is in lieu of any other, the exclusive remedy is limited to replacement of product and ALLPRO disclaims all liability for consequential damages. Avoid breathing of vapors or spray mist. Do not freeze. Do not take internally. In case of ingestion, seek medical attention. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. As with all coatings, it is recommended to use skin and eye protection at all times. If contact with eye occurs, flush with water for 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, wash with soap and water. Seek medical attention if rash or other symptoms occur. Do not mix with other chemicals. Use in a well ventilated work area. Close containers after each use.
