Description Premier One™ is a Clear Elastomeric Sealant with Urethane and Silicone. This synthetic rubber material has outstanding adhesion to most construction surfaces, and is particularly useful where multiple substrates or different colors are involved. Its elongation and recovery capabilities insure long term service in dynamic movement applications, and it will provide a 50 year life expectancy.

Premier One contains a combination of anti-oxidants, UV absorbers and other additives, enabling it to resist the effects of the most severe climatic conditions. It will also adhere to itself for filling larger gaps. Premier One is truly an all-purpose sealant, suitable for virtually any sealing purpose.
