Description FLEX-ALL™ Acrylic Adhesive Sealant Plus Silicone is a very durable all purpose acrylic latex sealant, possessing excellent whiteness retention, superlative adhesion to most construction surfaces and superior flexibility. It meets ASTM Standard C-834, Type P, Grade -18ºC, and lasts for 45 years. A premium sealant with microscopic air removed to ensure the maximum in durability and gunability. Available in brilliant white.

Uses Ideal for interior and/or exterior sealing of cracks in wood trim, metal and masonry. Off-Whites can be applied over matching painted surfaces eliminating delays in painting. Can be painted with latex or oil based paint when dry. (Generally within 4 to 6 hours, depending on climatic conditions.) Will adhere to wood, metal, glass, concrete, marble, brick and ceramic tile.
Limitations Not suitable for underwater use. Do not apply when rain is expected. Keep from freezing.
Surface Preparation Surface must be clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, grease, oil, mildew, wax, loose paint or loose wallcovering. When re-caulking, remove all old caulking compound.
Application Apply caulk at surface temperatures of at least 50ºF (10ºC) with a conventional caulking gun, to a primed or unprimed, clean surface. Smooth bead with moistened brush or cloth. For best results cured beads should be at least 1/8" wide, but not more than 1/2" wide. For deeper than 1/2" joints, use a backup filler material such as Ethafoam.
Clean Up Clean up immediately after use with warm, soapy water.
Disposal Contains organic solvents which may cause adverse effects to the environment if disposed of improperly. Place empty containers in normal refuse for disposal. Contact your local sanitation department or household hazardous waste coordinator for information concerning possible reuse or disposal of unused solvent-containing adhesives and/or sealants.
Limited Warranty If, when applied as directed, this material peels, cracks or separates within 45 years after application, it will be replaced without charge upon presentation of proof of purchase and used cartridge. This limited warranty only applies to residential use and damages including consequential damage and other remedies are excluded. No other warranties apply, including fitness for particular purpose.

FIRST AID: In case of skin contact, wash off quickly with plenty of soap and water, remove contaminated clothing. For eye contact flush eyes immediately with large quantities of water, for at least 15 minutes. Obtain emergency medical treatment. If swallowed, obtain medical treatment immediately. If inhalation causes physical discomfort, remove to fresh air. If discomfort persists or any breathing difficulty occurs, get medical help.
