Description ALLPRO TNT™ SILICONIZED ACRYLIC LATEX SEALANT is formulated to provide a tough, durable and pliable seal to most interior and exterior construction materials. The silicone fluid has been added to seal out moisture and air for improved adhesion and water resistance.
Prominent Features
  • This product is vacuumized to remove all microscopic air and to ensure the maximum in durability and gunnability
  • Paintable with latex or oil based paints
  • Soap and water clean up.
Uses ALLPRO TNT SILICONIZED ACRYLIC LATEX SEALANT is ideal for interior or exterior sealing of cracks in wood trim, metal and masonry. It will adhere to wood, metal, glass, concrete, marble, brick, and ceramic tile.
Limitations Not intended for under water use. Do not apply when rain is expected. Keep from freezing.

Surface Preparation

Surface must be clean, dry and free from dirt, dust, grease, oil, mildew, wax, loose paint and old caulking material. Prime bare surfaces before caulking. Apply only when sealant and surface temperatures are above 50°F (10°C).

To remove mildew, scrub with a solution of 3 heaping teaspoons of Trisodium Phosphate (TSP), 1 quart of Hypochlorite Household Bleach and 3 quarts of warm water (wear protective goggles and waterproof gloves). Rinse thoroughly and allow drying. Non-structural shrinkage cracks (larger than 1/16" wide) and non-structural movement cracks (larger than 1/16" and up to 1/4" wide) must be treated and repaired accordingly

Application Apply only when sealant and surface temperatures are above 50ºF (10ºC). Cut nozzle at a 45º angle to desired thickness of bead. Apply with a standard or dripless caulking gun. Use steady pressure to completely fill joints. For a neat appearance, smooth bead with a moistened finger, brush or cloth. Remove excess material before cured using a water moistened cloth. For best results, cured beads should be between 1/8" - 1/2" wide and 1/8" - 1/4" deep. Use backing rod or back-up filler such as Ethafoam for cracks deeper than 1/4".

Clean Up Clean all equipment immediately after use with warm, soapy water
