Rust inhibitive primers, formulated with
synthetic resins and special pigments that dry In 15 minutes and can
be recoated in 1 hour. Applicable for interior or exterior use. May
be applied on a new metal or properly prepared rusted metal. |

Structural Steel, Railings, Shopcoat Primer.
One coat of ALLPRO PDQ Alkyd Quick Dry Rust Inhibiting Primer
will prove satisfactory for up to one year as a finish coat under normal
conditions. |
| Limitations |
Do not apply when temperature is below
50°F or when rain is expected. Most high gloss enamels become
slippery when wet. To ensure maximum safety on horizontal surfaces,
a small amount of sand or pumice may be added to give coating nonskid
characteristics. Recommended for spray application, although small areas
may be brushed or rolled.

| Surface Preparation |
All surfaces must be sound, dry, clean, and free of oil, grease, dirt, mildew, form release agents, curing compounds, loose and flaking paint and other foreign substances. NEW SURFACES: PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES: Wash and rinse any areas that may have oil or grease residue. Dull glossy areas by light sanding. Remove sanding dust. Remove loose paint. All areas that are rusting, blistering, cracking or peeling must be cleaned to bare metal. If more than 25% of the surface is involved, sandblast the entire surface to a commercial blast and prime. If less than 25% of the surface is involved, clean soiled areas and spot prime. |
| Application |
Stir thoroughly before using. Do not thin if doing so would result in exceeding VOC limitations. If rolling, use 3/8" lambswool or 1/4" - 1/2" synthetic roller cover. Airless Spray settings @ 77º: |
| Clean Up |
Clean up immediately after use with mineral spirits. |

Contains solvents dispose of properly. |

Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents may be harmful or fatal. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. VAPORS MAY CAUSE FLASH FIRE. Do not smoke. Extinguish all flames and pilot lights, and turn off stoves, heaters, electric motors and other sources of ignition during use and until all vapors are gone. Prevent build up of vapors by opening all windows and doors to achieve cross ventilation. USE ONLY WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. Do not breathe vapors or spray mist. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. If you experience eye watering, headache or dizziness or if air monitoring demonstrates vapor/mist levels are above applicable limits, wear an appropriate properly fitted respirator (see Code of Federal Regulations 42 CFR 84) during and after application. Follow respirator manufacturer's directions for respirator use. Close container after each use. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling. If spilled, contain spilled material and remove with inert absorbent. Dispose of contaminated absorbent, container and unused contents in accordance with local, state and federal regulations. WARNING: This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. FIRST AID: in case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention immediately. Wash clothing before reuse. Destroy contaminated shoes. If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical assistance immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call physician immediately. In case of medical emergency, contact 1-800-424-9300. USE ONLY WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION ATTENTION: The container is hazardous when empty. Empty container retains explosive vapors and flammable residues. All labeled hazard precautions must be observed. Keep away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not cut, puncture or weld on or near the container. Not rated for pressure, do not apply air or gas pressure. Do not reuse the container for any purpose.
