Description	ALLPRO® Algae & Mildew Stain Barrier is a ready to use formula that will provide ongoing protection against stains caused by algae, mildew, mold and other organic growth from, roofs, decks, fences, siding, walkways and other exterior surfaces. The active ingredient is Tetraflex 50 - a reactive silane. It has the ability to crosslink with itself and with the substrate, (i.e. a roof) to form an extremely large molecular weight cross-linked, polymer barrier that is anchored to the substrate. The polymer Barrier is formed in place, on the surface and provides a durable, repellent barrier coating. It is safe for cedar, redwood, treated lumber, asphalt shingles, concrete, stucco, brick, pavers, vinyl, patios, fabrics, canvas, nylon, cotton, and virtually any other surfaces. The invisible stain barrier is effective for up to three years. Reapplication should be made at the first sign of stain reappearance.

Uses	Do not use with any other cleaning product. Recommended for use on new, or just-cleaned decks that have been cleaned with ALLPRO Algae & Mildew Stain Cleaner to maintain your deck's beauty and value.
Limitations	Depending on porosity, one gallon should cover approximately 500 square feet. Product will dry in approximately 1 hour, depending on humidity and temperature. Once the surface is dry, it is ready for use. Clean tools by rinsing with water. In case of freezing, let product thaw at room temperature. If the surface is to be painted, clean using the ALLPRO Algae/Mildew Cleaner and Stain Remover, paint, lastly, apply the ALLPRO Algae/Mildew Barrier.
Surface Preparation	Use Algae & Mildew Stain Cleaner/Remover prior to appyling Algae & Mildew Stain Barrier.
Application	The barrier is a ready to use product. No mixing is required. Surfaces should be clean and dry prior to application. Soiled surfaces should be cleaned using ALLPRO Algae/Mildew Stain Cleaner. One coat of barrier should be applied to the surface. It can be applied with either a roller, brush, or garden sprayer. Avoid pooling or ponding of product. Product should be applied to the point of Saturation. When applying to roofs, start at the gutter line and work toward the top (ridgeline).
Clean Up	Tools can be cleaned by rinsing with water. Excess spills can be cleaned with a mop and bucket. Caution should be used as floors could become slippery.
Disposal	Product is non-hazardous, non-flammable, bio-degradable. Review local government requirements prior to disposal.
Limited Warranty	The manufacturer warrants against defects in this product for six (6) months from date of purchase when applied according to label instructions to a properly prepared surface. If this product fails to perform in accordance with this warranty, as purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy. The manufacturer will, at its option, provided an equivalent amount of new product at no charge, or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not include labor, or the cost of application of any product. In no event shall the manufacturer be responsible for damages in excess of the purchase price. Claims must be made to the original dealer in writing, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to problems caused by alteration of this product, accident, misues, improper storage, abuse, or neglect.

CAUTION: Keep away from children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use proper protection when using this and other cleaning products. For exterior use only Avoid prolonged skin contact, as it may cause dryness. When cleaning roofs, surfaces can become slippery. It is highly recommended to read understand and follow OSHA fall protection guidelines.

NOTICE: FIRST AID: In case of eye or skin contact, flush with water continuously for 15 minutes. If swallowed, drink large amounts of water and do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately n all cases of eye contact and ingestion or if other irritation persist.
