Description	ALLPRO Algae & Mildew Stain Cleaner is a powerful and concentrated, water based formula that be used to clean algae, mildew, dirt and other soils from, roofs, decks, fences, siding, walkways and other exterior surfaces. The product is a fast, bleach free, environmentally safe way to clean can be used to clean unsightly from most exterior surfaces. It is safe for cedar, redwood, treated lumber, asphalt shingles, concrete, stucco, brick, pavers, vinyl, patios and most other surfaces: Approved for use on composite decks.

Uses	This product is great for use on decks, fences, cedar, redwood, siding, vinyl, fabrics, awnings and more!
Limitations	Avoid overspray on glass and bare aluminum. Rinse at once. Product may stain bare aluminum and will be difficult to remove from glass once dry. It is a good idea to pre-moisten plantings that may come in contact with any cleaning product. In case of freezing, let product thaw at room temperature. One gallon of concentrate is enough to treat 800-2000 square feet, depending on porosity.
Surface Preparation	Clean loose dirt and debris prior to Chomp Pro Algae & Mold Cleaner application.
Application	Shake well before use. Add 1 part concentrate to 6 parts water. For severe stains, product may be Diluted 3 to 1. (Product must be diluted at least 3 parts water to 1 part Concentrate). Decks, Fences, Siding, Cedar, Stucco, Vinyl Apply mixed product with a bucket and brush or a pump-up sprayer or pressure washer chemical Injection, thoroughly soaking the surface until product runs. Caution is advised as surfaces may become slippery. Let product sit for 15-20 minutes. Do not allow to dry. Rewet if the surface has dried. Rinse using a pressure washer. Use a wide pattern and safe distance to meet cleaning needs while avoiding surface damage. A garden hose adjusted to the strongest force may also be used for rinsing. A minimum of 80 psi is recommended for thorough cleaning. If 80 psi cannot be achieved, agitate the surface with a brush and rinse. Rinse from top to bottom on vertical surfaces. Roofs: Spray cleaner on roof, thoroughly soaking shingle surface. Working from the gutter line to the ridgeline (bottom to top). Do not allow to dry. Wait 15 minutes and rinse with a pressure washer with a wide pattern and safe distance to meet cleaning needs while avoiding surface damage. Rinse from the top (ridgeline) to the bottom (gutter line). Use a side to side motion and rinse thoroughly until rinse water is clear. Move on to the next section of the roof. Stubborn stains may require agitation with a brush or a second application. Some stains may be permanent. Concrete, brick, pavers: Concrete is porous and a difficult surface to clean. Dilute cleaner 3 to 1 with water. Apply mixed product with a bucket and brush or a pump up sprayer. Wait 20 minutes. Agitate with a brush and rinse with a pressure washer. Concrete will lighten after drying.
Clean Up	Tools can be cleaned by rinsing with water. Excess spills can be cleaned with a mop and bucket. Caution should be used as floors could become slippery.
Disposal	Product is non-hazardous, non-flammable, bio-degradable. Review local government requirements prior to disposal.
Limited Warranty	The manufacturer warrants against defects in this product for six (6) months from date of purchase when applied according to label instructions to a properly prepared surface. If this product fails to perform in accordance with this warranty, as purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy. The manufacturer will, at its option, provided an equivalent amount of new product at no charge, or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not include labor, or the cost of application of any product. In no event shall the manufacturer be responsible for damages in excess of the purchase price. Claims must be made to the original dealer in writing, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to problems caused by alteration of this product, accident, misues, improper storage, abuse, or neglect.

CAUTION: Keep away from children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Use proper protection when using this and other cleaning products. For exterior use only Avoid prolonged skin contact, as it may cause dryness. When cleaning roofs, surfaces can become slippery. It is highly recommended to read understand and follow OSHA fall protection guidelines.

NOTICE: FIRST AID: In case of eye or skin contact, flush with water continuously for 15 minutes. If swallowed, drink large amounts of water and do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately n all cases of eye contact and ingestion or if other irritation persist.
