Description ALLPRO® Professional Floor Finish Quick Dry Polyurethane Varnish Sanding Sealer is specifically formulated for use under ALLPRO® Professional Floor Finish Polyurethane Varnishes on floors and other interior surfaces subject to heavy wear and abrasion. This quick dry sanding sealer can be used on a variety of bare or stained interior wood surfaces including floors, bar top, trim and cabinets.

Uses Recommended for both residential and commercial wood applications including gymnasiums, lobbies, auditoriums, restaurants and stores.
Limitations DO NOT SHAKE - stir only. DO NOT APPLY WHEN AMBIENT OR MATERIAL TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW 50ºF.
Surface Preparation The surface to be sealed must be clean, dry and free of dust, dirt, grease, and other surface contamination. Sand as necessary, removing all sanding dust with a tack cloth.

If wood is to be stained, all old paint and varnish must be removed to bare wood. Make sure that the surface is free from contamination. Sand smooth and remove all sanding dust using a tack cloth. Apply ALLPRO® Q.D. Stain as directed by the specific ALLPRO® technical bulletin prior to sealing. Finish one or two coats of ALLPRO®  Professional Floor Finish Polyurethane Varnish of the gloss/sheen of choice.
Application IMPORTANT: The recommended finishing system consist of one coat of ALLPRO®  Professional Floor Finish Quick Dry Sanding Sealer followed by one or two coats of ALLPRO®  Professional Floor Finish Polyurethane Varnish. Stir gently using a clean paint paddle or stirring stick. Apply using a clean, soft, natural bristle brush or short nap woven or lambswool roller cover. After drying, sand the sealer using a 100 Grit Sanding Screen. Hand sand along base-boards and other hard to reach areas. Remove sanding dust with a tack cloth or lint- free wiping cloth dampened with Mineral Spirits. Allow to dry before finish coating.

Thinning is not recommended. Thinning of this material will result in the VOC level of this product exceeding the limit permitted under EPA AIM Coatings Rule.
Clean Up Clean up immediately after use with Mineral Spirits.
Disposal Contains solvents; dispose of properly.

Vapor harmful. May affect the brain or nervous system causing dizziness, headache or nausea. Causes nose and throat irritation. Causes eye and skin burns. VAPORS MAY CAUSE FLASH FIRE. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Prevent buildup of vapors by opening all windows and doors to achieve cross-ventilation. Do not breathe dusts, vapors or spray mist. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. If you experience eye watering, headache or dizziness or if air monitoring demonstrates vapor/mist levels are above applicable limits, wear an appropriate properly fitted respirator (see NIOSH - Code of Federal Regulations 42 CFR 84) during and after application. Follow respirator manufacturer's directions for respirator use. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Close container after each use. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not transfer contents to bottles or other unlabeled containers.

Use Only With Adequate Ventilation

NOTICE: Reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and central nervous system damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents may be harmful or fatal.

FIRST AID: in case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention immediately. For skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Wash clothing before reuse. Destroy contaminated shoes. If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical assistance immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call physician immediately.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

If spilled, contain spilled material and remove with inert absorbent. Dispose of contaminated absorbent, container and unused contents in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

ATTENTION: The container is hazardous when empty. Empty container retains explosive and flammable residues. All labeled hazard precautions must be observed. Keep away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not cut, puncture or weld on or near the container. Not rated for pressure, do not apply air or gas pressure. Do not reuse the container for any purpose.

Do not take internally. close container after each use.
