| Uses | ALLPRO® Multi-Purpose Water Repellent seals and protects a variety of surfaces from the damaging effects of water penetration. It rejuvenates old surfaces and binds and waterproofs aging mortar and brick. Excellent for sealing vertical or horizontal masonry, brick, stucco, concrete, pottery, stone, pressure-treated wood decks, plywood, pre-cast pavers, exposed aggregate, terrazzo, Chattahoochee, and more. |
| Limitations | Use on above grade surfaces only. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours or if temperatures fall below 55˚F within 24 hours of application. For increased safety, add a clear non-slip additive before application. Keep from freezing. |
| Surface Preparation | The critical factor in achieving a lasting finish is surface preparation. Surface must be clean and dry. Remove loose paint and excessive chalk. Power washing is recommended. Use a mildewcide on wood surfaces if necessary. Repair cracks and surface breaks. Chemical cleaners must be neutralized prior to application. Cover windows, doors, etc. and use caution when applying on windy days. |
| Application | Read all directions thoroughly. Wear gloves and eye protection. New concrete must have cured for 30 days prior to application. DO NOT SHAKE. ALLPRO® Multi-Purpose Water Repellent is ready to use; do not dilute. Note: Sealer appears milky white during application but dries to a clear semi-gloss finish. Garden Sprayer: lightly spray surface with a fan-tip spray pattern, then backroll to ensure penetration and prevent puddling. Remove overspray immediately with water. Roller: dampen a short-nap (1/4” – 3/8”) roller with water, remove excess, then saturate with sealer. Roll onto surface keeping a wet edge to avoid streaks. Do not allow to puddle, foam or run. |
| Clean Up/Storage | Clean all tools immediate after use with soap & water. Store unused product in a dry place above 50ºF. Do not use solvent-based cleaners on surface; clean occasionally with a mild soap and water solution. |
