Description	ALLPRO® Commercial Grade Waterproofing Sealer is an advanced siliconized, acrylic blend designed to stop water from penetrating into bare, porous concrete and stone, such as split-face or fluted concrete block. It provides a tough, breathable, non-yellowing film that actually strengthens the substrate, reduces freeze damage and strengthens mortar joints. When added to paint, it improves spread rate and increases water resistance.

Uses	ALLPRO® Commercial Grade Waterproofing Sealer seals and protects vertical, above-grade surfaces from the damaging effects of water penetration and freeze/thaw cycles. For interior or exterior use on concrete, stucco, plaster, EIFS (synthetic stucco), galvanized metal, vinyl or aluminum siding, adobe, wood fencing, masonite and more.
Limitations	Use on above grade vertical surfaces. Do not use on horizontal surfaces, or below grade or where hydrostatic pressure is likely to develop. Do not apply if rain is expected within 12 hours or if temperatures fall below 50˚F within 24 hours of application. Do not paint or topcoat surfaces sealed with this sealer. Keep from freezing.
Surface Preparation	The critical factor in achieving a lasting finish is surface preparation. Surface must be clean and dry. Remove loose paint and excessive chalk. Power washing is recommended. Repair cracks and surface breaks. Chemical cleaners must be neutralized prior to application. Cover windows, doors, etc. and use caution when applying on windy days.
Application	Read all directions thoroughly. Wear gloves and eye protection. ALLPRO Commercial Grade Waterproofing Sealer is ready to use; do not dilute. DO NOT SHAKE. Using an airless sprayer or roller, apply 2 flood coats (wet on wet). Backroll spray applications to ensure total penetration. Remove any overspray immediately with water. Note: Sealer appears milky white during application but dries to a clear satin ﬁnish. For very porous surfaces, a test area is recommended before complete application.
Disposal	Clean all tools immediate after use with soap & water. Store unused product in a dry place above 50ºF. Do not use solvent-based cleaners on surface; clean occasionally with a mild soap and water solution. Dispose in accordance with local regulations.
